Terms of Service & General Conditions
Last revised: October 2026 • Governing luxury wedding productions, palatial celebrations, and digital client lounge access in Marrakech and worldwide.
Excellence, Integrity & Mutual Trust
Every gathering created by ZinEvent is born from a shared artistic vision and deep mutual respect. These terms govern both your interaction with our digital platforms and the standards upholding our bespoke event productions.
01. Scope of Services
ZinEvent operates as an ultra-luxury wedding planner, event designer, and private concierge based in Marrakech, Morocco. Our services encompass venue scouting (historic riads, private palaces, Agafay Desert bespoke encampments, Palmeraie estates), scenography, vendor procurement, guest journey coordination, and comprehensive on-day event orchestration.
02. Digital Client Space & 2FA Security
Access to our Private Client Lounge (`/client`) allows clients to curate bespoke moodboards, record event visions, and export presentation decks.
- Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
- To prevent unauthorized access, all sessions are secured with mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA OTP) delivered to the verified email address on record.
- ZinEvent reserves the right to suspend or close accounts exhibiting fraudulent activity or unauthorized scraping of proprietary curations.
03. Estimations, Proposals & Formal Contracts
Initial cost calculations and digital estimates submitted via the website are informative and non-binding. A definitive production engagement is established solely upon the mutual signature of a detailed Service Agreement (Contrat de Prestation) and the clearing of the requisite retainer deposit.
04. Intellectual Property & Artistic Direction
All original scenography concepts, sketches, custom moodboard decks, proprietary design renderings, photographs, and branding assets showcased on this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of ZinEvent Marrakech and Hayat Zin. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial reuse without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited under Moroccan and international copyright conventions.
05. Force Majeure & Meteorological Adaptation
Neither party shall be held liable for disruptions resulting from recognized Force Majeure events (severe natural occurrences, airspace closures, armed conflicts, or official governmental bans).
For outdoor celebrations (such as Agafay Desert dinners or Palmeraie garden receptions), ZinEvent systematically plans and reserves an approved Moroccan Plan B (weatherproof caidal marquees or palace salons) to preserve event continuity.
06. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes regarding their validity, interpretation, or execution that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Marrakech.
